My new book " The vocabulary of love in New Testament Greek" 168pp, is now available at Chapitre.com

This new volume, written in French(and not yet translated…lol !!), deals with various ancient Greek words expressing love. This work is divided into two main sections. The first section is a careful an thorough study of the word ἔρως in ancient Greek literature. In the second section, we have a lenghty discussion of New Testament Greek words, such as ἀγαπάω, φιλέω, ἀγάπη and so on. The text is also accompanied by copious footnotes. This book presupposes, of course, a basic knowledge of classical and NT Greek.
